Minh's mission for mental health and well-being starts from her personal experience. Growing up in a family shaped by generational trauma which passed down from grandmothers who served in World War II, she came to understand the profound impact of unresolved wounds. Rather than allowing this history to define her, she embraced it as a calling, leading her to pursue professional studies in counselling and holistic healing. The road was not easy; navigating her own healing while completing her degree required confronting and transforming old patterns of coping with stress. Yet, this journey has strengthened her resilience and deepened her understanding of mental health.
Through both personal and professional experience, She has witnessed how unresolved trauma, overthinking, and self-doubt can hold people back from living fully. Her work with young people and adults has reinforced her belief in the power of holistic healing—integrating mind, body, and emotions to create lasting change. She is passionate about helping others reclaim their sense of self, develop effective coping skills, and step into their highest potential.
